I came across this YouTube video today, and its quite scary. I will admit though that I haven’t taken the time to confirm its quotes, claims and references. But its chocking if true. The focus is primarily on the American user-base, and how statistics from your preferred music, movies, books, politics etc. Can be used to, among other things, generate revenue among different markets. All stated in the terms of service.

I recently found an old episode of the Computer Chronicles on YouTube which contained a interview with Linus Torvalds!! I rushed to download the entire episode from YouTube and cropped it to just contain the interview. And heres the end product:

A nice cool little feature I found when watching YouTube one late evening, or kinda read it in the comments of the video. The thing is, if you hold down the right arrow key on your keyboard when the YouTube video is playing, the spheres in the loading animation will turn in to a snake, and you can play with it just like in the classic game of snake!! Just catch the nearly invisible spheres on the screen.
