I think it's like wiggling out of Chinese handcuffs, or removing a weirdly shaped object from a hole. If you try to just increase the force (masculine / push), you'll break the object and/or the hole. Or just not succeed. If you alternate pushing and pulling (masc & fem), you'll accomplish much more with less stress. Here’s what I said on the topic.
